At Sri Sai Pavan Food Products, we take pride in delivering fresh, homemade food items. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy to ensure hygiene and quality standards.
2. No Return Policy
- All food products once delivered cannot be returned.
- This policy is in place to maintain food safety and hygiene.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
- Wrong item delivered
- Product received in damaged condition
- Quality issue due to packaging or handling
4. Reporting an Issue
- Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Customers must provide:
- Order details
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
5. Refund Process
- Once the issue is verified, the refund will be processed
- Refunds may be issued via:
- Original payment method
- Bank transfer (if applicable)
- Processing time: 3–7 working days
6. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Taste preference issues
- Delay caused by incorrect address or unavailability of the customer
7. Bulk Orders Policy
- Bulk orders for marriages, functions, and events require advance confirmation
- Cancellation may not be possible once preparation has started
- Advance payments for bulk orders are non-refundable
