2. No Return Policy

  • All food products once delivered cannot be returned.
  • This policy is in place to maintain food safety and hygiene.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Quality issue due to packaging or handling

4. Reporting an Issue

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Customers must provide:
    • Order details
    • Clear photos/videos of the issue

5. Refund Process

  • Once the issue is verified, the refund will be processed
  • Refunds may be issued via:
    • Original payment method
    • Bank transfer (if applicable)
  • Processing time: 3–7 working days

6. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Bulk orders for marriages, functions, and events require advance confirmation
  • Cancellation may not be possible once preparation has started
  • Advance payments for bulk orders are non-refundable
